How does the carrier intelligence piece actually pull data for smaller or regional carriers that don't always publish public tracking feeds?
How does the carrier intelligence piece actually work in practice, does it pull from public schedules and AIS data or do you have direct integrations with the carriers themselves for the live tracking side?
How does the AI logistics tooling actually work in practice, like is it flagging delays before they happen or just summarizing what already happened on the carrier feed?
Finally tried CargoScope and the carrier intelligence view is genuinely useful. Pulled up a Maersk shipment and instantly saw the port congestion history I'd usually have to dig through three tabs for.
Would love to see integration with major TMS and ERP systems like SAP or Descartes, so shipment updates flow directly into our existing workflows instead of needing to copy data over manually.
Does it pull tracking data straight from the carriers' APIs, or do I need to manually enter container numbers to get started?
