When we looked at how people actually learn online today, I kept seeing the same pattern: dozens of open tabs with courses from different platforms, lots of enthusiasm at the start… and very little clarity about what exactly to learn next to actually change a role, grow a salary, or switch careers. Career Path Hacker started as attempt to fix that for myself and a few friends. I built a simple script + spreadsheet that pulled together courses from multiple providers and arranged them into a step-by-step path tied to a specific goal (e.g. “from marketing generalist → Growth PM”). It worked surprisingly well, and people kept asking for “their own version”. From there the project evolved into a full AI-powered path generator: instead of pushing yet another catalog, it tries to answer one practical question: “Given who you are and where you want to be, what is the most realistic path from A to B, and which courses are worth your time and money?” Along the way we simplified a lot: - moved from “big dashboard” to a clean flow that ends with a ready-to-use roadmap in your inbox; - switched from subscriptions to simple one-time plans; - added a free sample path so you can test the logic before paying.
