Loyalty & gift cards in one encrypted family wallet. Share a pocket once, every phone gets the live barcode and balance. When someone spends, the household updates instantly. No chat screenshots. No double-spend at checkout. Scan barcodes, track balances, checkout offline. Card data is encrypted on-device before upload. iOS app is live on the App Store. Android beta remains open while waiting for approval on the Play Store. Built for households who stack gift cards and still want privacy.
Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Chun Yeen, maker of CardWarden.
What inspired this: Stocard used to be the simple loyalty-card app millions of us relied on. After Klarna shut it down, most “replacements” were either offline-only, ads-heavy, or missing the one thing my household needed - gift cards that stay in sync across phones.
The problem I was solving: my wife and I stack discounted grocery gift cards. We were rescanning the same cards onto two phones, digging through chat for barcodes, and occasionally double-spending because balances didn’t update. I told my wife I will be building our own app.
How it evolved: I wanted Stocard’s job with Bitwarden’s architecture - encrypt on device, sync over the network, server can’t read the vault. That became family pockets with live balance sync, barcode scanning, balance tracking, offline checkout, and zero-knowledge encryption.
CardWarden is live on the App Store for iPhone; Android beta is still open while waiting for final approval to go live on the Play Store.
If you've tried it, I’d love feedback on family sharing, balance sync, or anything that feels off at checkout. Happy to answer anything in the comments.
