Hi Product Hunt, I’m Sebin, the maker of Captura. The idea for Captura started with my own wedding. My wife and I hired a photography studio in India. They were talented photographers and captured our moments beautifully. But the experience around the photography was much harder than it needed to be. Updates were missing, coordination was confusing, and we were often left wondering what was happening. It was especially stressful for my wife. What should have been a happy part of our wedding became a source of frustration. That stayed with me. The photography wasn’t the problem. The communication and organisation around it were. With my technical background, I kept thinking: surely we can make this easier for both the studio and the couple. That’s why I built Captura. It brings bookings, contracts, payments and gallery delivery together, with a private client portal so clients can stay informed without constantly chasing updates. My hope is simple: help photographers spend more time doing what they love, and help their clients enjoy the experience, not just the final photos. When people remember both fondly, they have more reason to recommend their photographer.
