The real star here is all of the underlying tech. This is one entry point to wealth of insights into how people are feeling about anything. The data science problem is vast, and it's really cool to see it productized for new use cases.
Pros:Canvs' emotional analysis and topical tech is top notch.
Being able to apply it to customer service, feedback, and other surveys is great
Cons:I haven't found any cons. This is supplemental and identifies insights (meaning!) hiding in your open ended responses, not just keywords.
