Love that it does the shadow as well!
Vinod Bollini
@richard_gao2 we worked hard to make that happen. Thanks for noticing.

I think the product is great and I'd be willing to subscribe ... 40 test credits seems great ... but the download quality I've gotten is unusable (even with your watermark). So blurry and pixelated I can't even share them anywhere worthwhile. Is this a bug (bad download quality) or a 'feature'? Also annoying that I can't seem to find the previously generated images so I'm burning credits and I'm getting no value.

@justin_rockmore Hey! Thanks for much for the feedback. We do have history and larger image sizes to download in the works, and coming out soon. As I mentioned over the email, would still like to see the images you made, just to see why the images you are getting are blurry or pixelated. Every single image in our post, on our page is actually made with Canvas. So it would be great to figure out what could be going wrong.

@vinodbollini The image preview you show on the website is better quality than the image you allow me to download...glad to hear some improvement is being made... From a UX perspective though, there's no point in even offering me credits, or the option to download if the download is entirely unusable. Where would anyone upload a product image where you can't read 1/2 the words on the package? Low-quality images are fine. Low-resolution and pixelated ones ruin the experience.

I can really see this being really helpful for small business owners who need high-quality photos without hiring photographers and editors. Congrats on the launch!
Justin Rockmore
@heleana the photo quality is terrible though
Vinod Bollini
@heleana thanks! Yes, we already have some customers creating and putting product photos on their stores. I am keen to understand why Justin is having such a different experience.
