I built calprep because I kept wasting hours every week on calendar admin.
I'd use Calendly to send booking links, ChatGPT to prep for meetings, and Google Calendar to move things around when plans changed. It worked, but it felt messy. Too many tools, too much context switching, and none of it connected.
