Hey Product Hunt 👋
I created Calmie to make meditation feel simple, calming, and accessible for everyone.
No complicated setup, no overwhelming features — just a clean space to relax, focus, breathe, and slow down for a moment during the day.
The app includes guided meditations, ambient sounds, and customizable sessions designed for mindfulness, stress relief, better focus, and sleep.
I’d love to hear your feedback, ideas, and thoughts on how Calmie could become even better 💙

Three months ago, Calmie was a focused meditation and breathing app.
Version 1.4 grew from a question I kept returning to: why do apps designed to reduce mental noise often add more of it?
More accounts. More content. More decisions. More reasons to keep looking at the screen.
I wanted Calmie to move in the opposite direction.
Calmie is now built around three simple ways to pause:
• Breathe with clear visual, sound, and haptic guidance
• Just Sit with a quiet, flexible meditation timer
• Sleep with rain, ocean, storm, and white noise soundscapes
Version 1.4 is the biggest Calmie update so far.
Your sessions and progress can now sync privately through iCloud across iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch.
The Apple Watch experience has also grown into a complete companion for breathing, Just Sit sessions, sleep sounds, settings, and progress. You can begin a session from your wrist without reaching for your phone.
I also wanted Calmie to feel easier to begin on days when even a small decision can feel like too much.
ADHD Mode reduces the number of choices, provides shorter session presets, and keeps time visible.
The update also brings improved VoiceOver support, Reduce Motion behavior, responsive iPad layouts, Apple Vision Pro refinements, widgets, Live Activities, Dynamic Island, Siri, Shortcuts, and optional Apple Health integration.
What has not changed matters just as much:
• No ads
• No account
• No subscription
• No third party analytics
• No endless content feed
Calmie is not trying to become another wellness platform. It is meant to be a quiet tool you can open, use, and leave when you feel ready.
If that sounds like the kind of mindfulness app you have been looking for, I would genuinely love for you to try Calmie 1.4:

If you try it, I would especially appreciate feedback on two things:
Does the first session feel obvious without instructions?
Does the Apple Watch experience make it easier to begin without reaching for your phone?
Thank you for making a little space for calm.
