Curious how it handles more nuanced calls where the caller has a unique issue that doesnt fit a script, can it actually escalate gracefully to a human or does it just get stuck looping?
@baruknehir14881 Thanks for the thoughtful question, Nehir! It doesn't loop. It isn't working from a fixed script. It understands what the caller is asking and answers from your business details and FAQs. If something is outside what it knows, it doesn't guess. It takes the caller's details and a clear summary of the issue and tells them you'll call back. If the call is urgent, it can transfer to you live (Pro and above) or alert you instantly.
Love that it books appointments straight from the call, would be a game changer if it could also sync those bookings with Google Calendar or Outlook so the whole team sees them without logging into another dashboard.
@brahimakmafd50 Thanks so much, İbrahim, and sorry it took me a while to reply! Good news: that's live now. You can connect Google Calendar, Outlook/Microsoft 365 or Cal.com. During the call the AI checks your real availability and books the appointment straight into your calendar, so your whole team sees it where they already work.
does the AI know when to hand the call off to a real person, or does it try to handle everything on its own?
@yeterarsladz0a Thank you for the question, Yeter, and sorry for the slow reply! Yes, it knows when to hand off. You tell it what counts as urgent for your business, and on the Pro plan and above it can do a live warm transfer: it rings your mobile, briefs you on who's calling and why, then connects you. If you don't pick up, it takes the caller's details, marks the call as an emergency and alerts you straight away. It never tries to fake its way through something it can't handle.
How does it handle calls where someone asks something unexpected or super specific that falls outside its scripts, does it just take a message or try to wing it?[e~[
@nerminkandefer Thanks for asking, Nermin! It doesn't wing it. It's set up never to invent prices, availability or facts. If a caller asks something it can't answer from your business info and FAQs, it takes a proper message with their details and a summary of what they asked, and tells them you'll confirm on the callback. The more FAQs you add, the more it can answer on its own.
Finally an AI receptionist that doesn't need a six-month setup. Got it running in about ten minutes and it actually understood accents on the test calls, which surprised me.
@safiyealpak Thank you, Safiye! That means a lot. Handling different UK accents was a big priority for us, so I'm really happy it came through on your test calls 🙏
Honestly impressed by how natural the AI voice sounds on the calls, and setup was genuinely under five minutes.
@sevcan893880 Thank you, Sevcan! Really glad the voice felt natural. We put a lot of work into making it sound like a real British receptionist. And great to hear setup was that quick 🙌
