how does the detection actually work under the hood, is it just spotting common phrasing or something more sophisticated?
@kymetigeg it's actually a combination of a few things, not one trick.
We do look at common phrasing patterns AI tends to use, but that alone isn't enough, so we also look at the flow and consistency of the conversation itself (does this answer actually fit with what they said two minutes ago?)
and the timing between question and answer.
no single signal is reliable on its own, that's kind of the point. Combining them is what makes it more accurate, and even then we show you the signals, not a verdict. You make the final call)
