Would love to see a "salary tax with MPF contribution" toggle in the tax calculator — most HK office workers deduct voluntary MPF contributions and it would save a manual step. Also adding a way to compare two scenarios side by side for the property stamp duty tool would be super handy for first-time vs upgrade buyer decisions.
It'd be really helpful if you could add a way to compare two property scenarios side by side, like different down payment amounts or stress test rates. Even just a simple toggle showing the monthly payment and total interest difference would save a ton of back and forth when I'm running numbers on flats in different price ranges.
finally an hk tax calculator that actually uses the current bands and doesn't make me sign up for anything. the stamp duty section is super clear and the stress test number matched what my bank quoted me last month
The stamp duty calculator actually matches what my accountant quoted me last year, which is more than I can say for the other HK tools I've tried. Finally something built for the city instead of awkwardly converted from US tax logic.
