How does it handle complex questions that fall outside its training, and does it smoothly hand those off to a real person or just get stuck?
@zbeydenzdo Byeego is designed to avoid guessing on questions it can’t answer. It will either fall back to a safe reply or, if the bot is configured with escalate_to_human, it can hand the conversation off to a real person. That handoff is real, not just a dead end, the conversation is marked as needing human attention and the client/team gets notified. Smooth handoff depends on the bot being configured correctly and a human actually taking over. We will help with this.
Having the AI push leads straight into my existing CRM would save me a ton of copy-paste work, so a native integration with HubSpot or Pipedrive would be huge. Could you also add a way to tag the conversation source so I know which page the lead came from?
@metehant8yx Absolutely. Byeego already supports pushing leads into your CRM via a webhook, and we can also tag each conversation with the source page so you know exactly where the lead came from. Currently we don't have a native HubSpot or Pipedrive integration, but would be a great next step.
