BulkCert is a free tool for generating and distributing personalized certificates at scale. Upload your PDF template, map fields to your spreadsheet, generate unlimited certificates, and email each one directly to its recipient—all in a few clicks. Perfect for hackathons, workshops, colleges, training programs, and event organizers.
I worked with many hackathon and event organizers, and one problem they consistently faced was generating e-certificates. As the number of participants increased, so did the workload. If you wanted to speed up the process, you usually had to pay for it. That's when I saw an opportunity in this space.
That led to the creation of this software.
It's very simple: just upload your certificate, specify where you want the text to appear, upload the Excel sheet containing the names, and hit Generate.
I'd love to hear how you're currently generating certificates and what features would make BulkCert even more useful.
Would love to see a QR code field option that can auto-generate and embed unique verification URLs onto each certificate, makes it way easier to validate authenticity at scale.

The spreadsheet field mapping is a smart touch, it makes the whole flow feel way less intimidating than other certificate tools I've tried. Nice execution on something that could've easily been clunky.
