Hey everyone! We kept running into the same issue. Every time we needed users or QA to report bugs, we either have to pay for expensive SaaS tools like Marker.io or BugHerd, or build a basic form that gave us zero useful context. "It's broken" with no screenshot, no console errors, no browser info. Thats why we decided to create BugPin. It has a lightweight widget you embed in your web app. Users click a button, capture a screenshot, annotate it with drawing tools (arrows, text, blur for sensitive info), and submit. Every report automatically includes console errors, network logs, browser metadata, and the page URL. A few things I'm proud of - The widget is under 150KB and uses Shadow DOM, so it won't interfere with your app's styles - It runs on Bun + SQLite with Docker, so you can deploy in under 5 minutes with no external dependencies - Offline support. If a user submits while offline, the report caches locally and syncs when they're back online - Built-in messaging so you can communicate directly with reporters, and they automatically get notified when the status of their report changes - Your data never leaves your servers. The widget is MIT licensed and the admin console is AGPL-3.0. There's also an Enterprise tier for teams that need SSO, webhooks, S3 storage, and white-label branding.
