Review Browse AI?
Browse AI receives mixed reviews, with users praising its ease of use and effectiveness for web scraping, particularly for beginners. However, some users express dissatisfaction with its customer support, citing slow response times and unresolved issues. While many appreciate the tool's intuitive design and potential for automating tasks, others find it expensive and question its reliability for complex workflows. Overall, Browse AI is seen as a promising tool with room for improvement, especially in support and pricing structure.

Viktor.comAn AI coworker that actually does the work
There are lots of web scraping tools, but this one is rather unique because of how easy it is to use. I automated a few processes with Browse AI, and it does a great job for me. I've been using the tool for almost a year now, and my only complaint is about the support, which is extremely slow to respond. However, once they respond, they are very helpful and solve the problems presented to them. I'm really looking forward to seeing new features from their roadmap live.
I was really excited when I first saw this. It could really help people automate simple but repetitive tasks that they do regularly. But after playing with it for a while, I realized other than really simple toy examples, this doesn't really work. In some workflows, it works partially, but then if a few steps are missed, that's not much use.
It's a good idea but not ready for prime time. I hope they will continue to improve. I'll revisit when they are ready.
What needs improvement
inconsistent performance (1)limited functionality for complex tasks (2)
Not really usable. Never thought a no-code tool would *create* a bottleneck, but here we are.
90% of scrapers will need an customer service engineer to get involved for it to work properly and their team seems to be at 400% capacity so you're SOL. Tons of high touch attention on signup, not so much once you've built your workflow around their tool. Disappointing.

Hi Valerie. I hear you. Our core value proposition is around making things easy, not adding roadblocks or forcing you to talk to someone in support.
We're working on making the things you pointed out better. We recently started targeting reducing the number of support tickets as a KPI. We're addressing it by making robots a lot more reliable and releasing lots of features that were previously only available to our internal support.
If you’re open to it, I’d love to understand what specifically went wrong and see if I can help. You can reach me at ardy@.
