I really like the idea of tokenizing many different aspects of the physical world, and I think this will rapidly accelerate as a trend over the coming 5 years.
My only concern is whether the token's value capture mechanism will be as effective as the traditional mechanisms that we have now.
Of course, each token/project has different mechanisms, but many token launches are designed to extract wealth from the retail buyer and funnel it back to the project core team.
I would love to see this problem solved and I hope the Brickken is the answer!
