What a cool idea! Discussions sound like a fun way to connect with other brickd users and share new finds. Love the addition of brick Builder for power users too!

I see the idea behind this app but I wonder how it actually adds value, I mean, sharing and organizing LEGO sounds fun but do we really need another platform for that, what makes it so special, hope you guys have thought this through, looking forward to see how the community reacts.

@ingaecochief hey there! I honestly believe there isn’t a platform like this currently - geared toward mobile users. There are tons of websites around LEGO and collecting / but nothing that aims to be a network or community with these features. Yes - you can join a Facebook group and talk about LEGO - but all the features in the app are geared toward the LEGO experienced which I think adds value.

Cool idea to have a platform for LEGO fans, but do we really need another app for something we can do on social media, feels like a cash grab 💰, maybe try focusing more on unique features that other platforms don't offer, good luck!
Greg Avola
@b2bbooster brickd aims to allow you have a social network around LEGO - and those features are unique to the service. Other platforms don’t have the vast LEGO database, recommendations, piece count and sticker information - also where it but it - all in a mobile friendly package. 😅

So now you want us to pay for features huh, not sure about this 'discussions' thing, feels like just another way to waste time online and you really think we need to pay extra for it, I expected better from you guys
Greg Avola
@comedycreator247 you don’t need to pay extra for discussions - it’s free. The premium part of brickd is an optional part for he app that gives you more features. Discussions is an another way to use the app to talk and engage with you aren’t building LEGO. I hope that isn’t a waste of time you like LEGO! All good times are to be done in moderation 😀

Looks like a really cool feature! Just took a quick glance at Discussions and it seems like a great way to chat about new releases. The paid subscription also looks promising. Congrats on the launch!

Interesting new feature though does it really make sense to add a paid subscription for what's essentially a hobby app, curious to see how many people will actually use the Discussions part it could also use a better way to find local events and meetups maybe focus on that instead

I freaking love this app (and it keeps getting better and better).

@adam_lehman thanks Adam! Hope you are doing well!
