Startup naming is hard. You need a domain name that's short, easy to pronounce, and easy to spell. Finding a high qualitycom domain name is no easy task, unless you want to spend 5 figures or more. BoxedName takes care of this so you can focus on building.

I like the idea but I feel that only offering one package for sale at a time is a bad move. If nobody likes the name (as you poll appears to suggest) then you're not going to shift anything. Having multiple options prevents an unpopular name from blocking everything?
@realdeanward Thanks for the feedback. The thinking was basically just:
1) Let me try to sell one to start with, before investing in a bunch of names.
2) Focus on quality over quantity (lots of sites to browse a big list of low quality domains)
3) It doesn't have to be a name everyone loves. Just needs 1 buyer.
If you signup at our email form at the bottom of BoxedName.com you'll be notified as more names are added.
This was a little weekend project.
I know how hard it is for founders to find a good name / domain.
If your target audience is the tech industry, an uncommon TLD like .io might be fine. But I've personally experienced the pain of using one when talking folks outside the tech world. (Unnecessary friction like having to say it multiple times & "What does the .io stand for?")
@kensavage Thanks for the feedback. There's an email signup at the bottom of boxedname.com where we'll announce future names.
What would make a good name, to you?
