BoothScout helps vendors find thousands of craft fairs, farmers markets, festivals, and pop-ups across the U.S., with booth fees, deadlines, and application links in one place. Beyond discovery, BoothScout offers a variety of vendor tools for sales tracking, calendar planning, promo graphics, QR codes, signage, email lists, branding, and more with the option to be tied in with Scout, our AI Assistant. Built to help small businesses find better events, stay organized, and grow.
We built BoothScout because finding good vendor events is still way harder than it should be.
Vendors often have to dig through Facebook groups, outdated websites, spreadsheets, and scattered event pages just to figure out where they can sell next. Even after finding an event, they still need to track deadlines, booth fees, schedules, sales, marketing materials, and everything else that comes with running an in-person business.
BoothScout started as a simpler way to find craft fairs, vendor markets, festivals, farmers markets, pop-ups, and other selling opportunities across the U.S. As we kept building, it became clear that event discovery was only one part of the problem.
That led us to build BoothScout Tools at boothscout.com/tools, a growing collection of tools made specifically for vendors to help run their buisness. Vendors can organize events and deadlines, track sales and expenses, create promotional graphics, generate QR codes and signage, build their brand, collect customer emails, and use Scout to get help navigating their vendor business.
Our goal with BoothScout is to give independent vendors one place to find opportunities, stay organized, understand what’s working, and grow their business.
We're still improving the platform constantly, and we’d really appreciate feedback from vendors, event organizers, makers, and anyone involved in the market and festival community.
