Boostr brings peer-to-peer appreciation directly into Microsoft Teams and Slack — making recognition effortless, visible, and meaningful.

Finally tried this with my team in Slack and the kudos cards actually got people responding instead of just emoji reacting. Nice that it lives right in the chat without another tab to babysit.
One thing that would make Boostr even better is a monthly digest or recap that shows each person's recognition history, including how often they've been recognized and in what areas. It would help people see their growth and contributions over time, and give managers useful context for performance conversations.
