Hi Product Hunt, I'm John from Define404. Most small shops in Korea do not have a website. Their customers ask questions in KakaoTalk or Naver TalkTalk, often at 11 pm, and the owner answers between orders, or not at all. Booking Meo answers those messages for them. How it works: 1. The owner writes one file with the shop's hours, menu, prices and common questions 2. Customers ask on KakaoTalk, Naver TalkTalk or a one-line website widget 3. It answers only from that file. If a price or date is not there, it says the owner will reply, instead of guessing 4. Reservation questions get a Naver Booking button 5. When a customer leaves an inquiry, the owner gets a KakaoTalk alert, or a text if that fails Foreign customers can ask in English, Vietnamese, Japanese, Chinese or Thai, and the answer comes back in the same language. The owner's alert notes which language the customer used. Cost: the server and AI run inside the owner's own Cloudflare free tier. Alerts cost about 13 won each through the owner's Solapi account. Chat logs are emailed to the owner and deleted from the server after 30 minutes of silence. Try it at booking.define404.com. Click the cat in the corner to chat with a sample bakery. It is a real AI answering, so ask it something tricky. The setup guide is in Korean because the channels are Korean. The engine itself is plain Cloudflare Workers, so it can be adapted to other messengers. I would love to hear which channel you would want first.
