Boo Alarm has no snooze button. It makes you get up and complete a quick mission — push-ups, squats, snap the sink or your pet — before it'll stop. No accounts, nothing synced to a server. Just an alarm you actually can't sleep through. Free to download. iPhone, iOS 26+.

Hey PH,
I built an alarm you literally can't snooze. It's my first app.
I used to set ten alarms and sleep through all of them. Snooze isn't rest. You just wake up late and annoyed at yourself. So I made one with no snooze button. It rings, and to turn it off you have to get up and finish a quick mission. It won't stop until you do. By the time you're done, you're up.
Someone left a review saying they do the missions and they're already halfway through their workout. That's the whole idea. You don't just wake up, you've started your day.
It's on iOS, free to download. I'd genuinely love to know what you'd want an alarm to make you do in the morning. Oh and feel free to roast the onboarding.

The 10 squat mission actually got me out of bed when my usual alarms get snoozed into oblivion. Love that nothing leaves the phone too.

@abantakanancyy The squats are the one I always recommend first! Hard to argue with your legs
already moving before your brain's caught up. And yeah, everything runs on-device on
purpose; an alarm has no business phoning home with your data.
You could try stacking the squats with pushups and other missions to start your mornings with a quick workout!

honestly the snap the sink mission caught me off guard, but it actually works. woke up on the first try and my phone is still in airplane mode basically 24/7 which i appreciate.

@asyaerbilen Glad it still worked for you even in airplane mode. Yea, the sink one gets people. One person even got sent to go photograph their chicken, which I did not see coming. lol: https://www.tiktok.com/@thisisnotdidii/video/7658847054277446926.
If you could add one mission for it to make you do, what would it be?
