BodyPlan brings together training, nutrition, recovery, body progress, goals and community in one connected fitness app. It coaches you through workouts, learns from what you log, adapts your training, forecasts muscle recovery and helps you understand how today's choices may affect your longer-term progress. Available on web, iOS and Android.

Hi Product Hunt — I’m John, the founder of BodyPlan.
I built BodyPlan because fitness progress rarely depends on one thing, yet most apps only show one part of the picture. Training sits in one app, nutrition in another, recovery somewhere else, and progress is often reduced to a chart without much guidance on what to do next. The plan itself rarely adapts intelligently as you progress.
BodyPlan brings those parts together into one connected system. It creates a personalised workout plan around your goals, schedule and available equipment, then adapts it based on how you actually train.
During workouts, BodyPlan adjusts future targets when sets feel too easy or too hard, tracks personal records, helps keep sessions on pace and creates a recap based on the work you completed.
Alongside training, you can log nutrition by barcode, photo or search, track recovery by muscle group, view a seven-day readiness forecast and monitor body progress over time. The goal planner also estimates how long a target may take and lets you explore how changes to training, nutrition or recovery could affect that timeline.
There are also monthly challenges, private friend groups and workout-history imports for people moving from supported apps such as Hevy or Strong.
BodyPlan is available on web, iOS and Android. It is free to download and includes a seven-day trial of Pro, which is then $9.99 per month or $69.99 per year.
I have spent around 20 years building software, including working as a lead architect in banking, and previously founded a software company that was later acquired.
I’d love to hear what you think, especially after trying the onboarding and generating your first plan.
Thanks, J

Honestly this sounds pretty packed already, but one thing I'd love is a quick "rest day mode" that shows lighter mobility work and actually explains why skipping the gym today might still be helping your gains. Right now most apps just nudge you to train harder and it kind of ignores recovery as a real feature.
