BlurMyData protects sensitive browser-page information before screen sharing, recording, screenshots, and live demos. It detects and locally blurs emails, phone numbers, API keys, tokens, IP addresses, and custom keywords. It also supports WhatsApp Web, manual area selection, saved blur rules, temporary reveal, and Emergency Hide. All page scanning happens locally in the browser. Page content is never uploaded.
Took it for a spin during a quick screen share and the WhatsApp Web detection caught a number I forgot was visible. The temporary reveal feels handy for demos without flipping rules on and off.
Really useful for live demos, the local-only scanning actually picked up an API key I forgot was on screen. Temporary reveal feels like the right call for walking through docs without scrubbing everything manually.
