How does the e-sign piece hold up legally across different countries, and is that included in the base plan or is it a separate add-on?
@avcarnecde70934 It's included in the base plan, all tiers get verified e-sign, no add-on needed.
Legally it's a standard electronic signature (SES), same class as a typical DocuSign envelope. Every signature captures a document hash, IP address, timestamp, and explicit consent language, so there's a real evidence trail if it's ever challenged.
If you are not comfortable with that you can still use DocuSign and any other e-sign software as an add-on.
how does pricing work if i have like 20 active client portals, is it per client or a flat fee?
@damlagt42 It's a flat fee. Each tier includes a bundle of client spaces: Core $29/mo = 1 space, Pro $79/mo = 25, Unlimited $149/mo = unlimited ($19/$59/$99 on yearly billing).
To make it more simple. If you signed up for Pro plan you will have 25 client portals slots. You can delete and make client portals whatever you like.
