The brand pays upfront, because there is no other way to close the deal. Whoever blinks first carries all the risk. And almost nobody publishes their rates — by most estimates around 5% of creators do — so every negotiation starts from zero. So we made the money part boring. A brand posts a brief, creators send their own offers, and the budget is locked the moment work starts. It reaches the creator only after the brand approves the content. If the work misses the brief, the brand asks for revisions. Nobody fronts anything. Creators join free. We take 5% from each side, and the creator pays it only after being paid. There is no agency in the middle marking up the budget. We are strongest with nano and micro creators in Poland and the rest of Central and Eastern Europe.
