Hi everyone! 👋 I work in crypto support, and every day I deal with people trying to understand their transactions. Most users don’t know what a TXID is, which chain they used, or how to read raw blockchain data — so they usually send me screenshots from exchanges and ask me to “figure it out.” For years, I had to manually copy hashes from screenshots, guess the correct chain, and dig through messy explorers just to understand a simple transfer. It was slow, repetitive, and honestly felt harder than it should be. That’s why I built Blockpeek.
