I always look for scalable design in whatever I build. While working on a custom CRM, a request came in to add comments to both the Leads and Orders modules. Instead of building two separate commenting systems, I asked myself: why not build one reusable comment feature that any module - orders, leads, contacts, anything - could call into? We did exactly that, and it was fast to build and easy to reuse everywhere. That got me thinking: why stop at comments? Why not treat FAQs, testimonials, timelines, social links, and other common website components the same way - as reusable, embeddable widgets? Bitstackhub actually started as something simpler: free everyday tools like a QR code generator, password generator, PDF merger/splitter, and timezone converter. That one CRM problem is what pushed it to evolve from "free tools" into "embeddable, reusable widgets" - and that's the product I'm launching today.
