Hi Product Hunt, I'm Pablo, the maker of Binhop.
Before Binhop I ran an inventory app called Naventy. When I looked at its data, three things stood out:
• 57% of people who installed it never added a single item.
• 44% of sales orders were empty drafts.
• 63% of completed orders never took anything off stock.
So I rebuilt it from scratch around those numbers. Binhop is for shops, stockrooms and workshops that have outgrown a spreadsheet but don't want an ERP:
• Your phone is the scanner: point it at a barcode to find, add, sell or receive an item.
• Low-stock alerts count what's already promised to pending sales, so you reorder in time.
• Your whole team, free on every plan, with roles (owner, admin, staff, viewer).
• Stock is a ledger: every change shows who made it, and any change can be undone.
• Bring your Excel or CSV list; export everything any time.
• Also: purchase orders, locations, lots and serial numbers (IMEI), scheduled stock counts, recipes for things you make, widgets, and Apple Watch and Wear OS.
It runs on iPhone, iPad, Android and the web, in 20 languages. No sign-up to try it: open the app and add your first item. Free for 30 items; Binhop Pro ($29/month or $149/year) unlocks unlimited items.
What I'd love to hear from you: what do you use today to track stock, and what would make you switch? I'll be here all day answering.
