I built this because of a specific frustration I kept running into. Whenever I watch a YouTube video, Instagram Reel, or TikTok and hear a great track in the background, Shazam almost always fails if the creator is talking over it. Going to the comments usually just means finding five other people asking "what is the song at 2:30?" with nobody answering. You can paste links directly from YouTube, Shorts, Reels, TikTok, or upload a video file. There is no account creation, no login, and it is completely free to use. Try it on a video where someone is talking over a song and let me know if it catches it.
