I LOVE Better. I’m a foreigner and the American health care system blows my mind, Better is my solution. I don’t even think about it, I take a photo of my receipt, upload it and it’s done, check arrives in the mail. They have saved me thousands and that’s not even accounting for my time. I recommend it to everyone. Customer service is amazing, as is their mission.

@rosajoseph So many ways! First, all you have to do with Better is snap a photo or forward an email and we take it from there. No more filling out claims forms, faxing, or mailing. We also validate the coding and information on every bill – ensuring that your health insurance has all the information they need to process your claim accurately. After that, we correct any processing errors made by your insurance company and ensure that any money owed to you reaches you safely. If your insurance every loses a claim our system keeps detailed records on when the claim was sent, so we are always prepared to prove that it was filed in a timely manner.
