I built Best Bookmark because my own bookmark collection had become harder to use than it should be. Even with folders, important links ended up 3–4 levels deep, and I often saved the same URL in multiple places without realizing it. So I built a small local-first Chrome extension focused on the problems I actually had: fast search, duplicate cleanup, better organization, and link health checks. No account, no backend, no analytics. Your bookmarks stay in your browser. I’d love feedback from anyone who also has a bookmark collection that has quietly turned into a second filesystem.
