Bel Masri teaches the Egyptian Arabic people speak in Cairo, not the formal Arabic of textbooks. Native audio on every word, hearing and saying practised as two skills, and review timed so a word comes back right before you'd forget it. iPhone and Android.

Hi Product Hunt. I'm Salah, and I built Bel Masri.
Earlier this year I launched Tfaddalu, an app for spoken Palestinian Arabic. The most common request since then, by far: "can you do Egyptian?" Egyptian Arabic is the dialect of the films and the songs, and it's what millions of people grew up hearing at home without ever learning to answer back. Every app they tried taught Modern Standard Arabic, which nobody's grandmother speaks.
So Bel Masri is the Egyptian version, built on the same engine. Every word comes with native audio. You practise understanding a word and saying it as two separate skills, because they are. And the app brings each word back right before you'd forget it, so the lessons stick.
You don't need to read Arabic script to start. The transliteration follows how Cairo actually sounds (g for ج, izzayyak not kayfa haluk).
It's live on iPhone and Android, with the App Store page in 49 languages. The first lesson is free and there's a three-day trial of everything.
I'd like to hear what you'd want from an Egyptian course, and if you grew up around the dialect, which words you still can't say.
