I get that you're aiming for quick and easy but honestly this feels way too basic and boring, who wants to do 12 push-ups here and there, if I want real results I need something more challenging, also not sure how secure those progress pics are, feels risky
@acheteur01 Thanks for the feedback! When you create new workouts you can customise your own exercises and even add new ones that are not there, especially if you have a particular routine you'd like to try. The app then uses exercises from available workouts to suggest random ones so hopefully that makes your own setup more challenging than the initial downloaded version. There will always be that element of basic-ness to it though due to what you've mentioned but I'll look at how to make it better :)
Regarding progress pictures you're right to be cautious as they tend to capture very intimate parts of ourselves that we might not ever be ready to share with others. The application directory's is stored locally in your phone which is not accessible by other apps and will never be uploaded unless you make them public in an album (which also warns you before you do it). The downside is that if you accidentally wipe your phone or uninstall the app you'll lose the captured progress pictures but that's preferable in this situation. If you have suggestions that will help you feel more reassured please let me know and I'll be sure to explore those!

Saw this app from an ad, tried it out but honestly its a bit meh, also why not have options for different fitness levels, don't get the point of the progress pics either they feel like unnecessary clutter, wondering if other users find it useful or just me
@betsyedtech Thanks for the feedback! It was a little bit tricky trying to balance fitness levels for particular workouts since someone could have a really strong upper body but weak lower body etc. so I elected to allow users to customise their workouts themselves via reps and sets. This does mean it requires a bit of work but I'll see if I can add basic suggestions to make the customisation less tedious.
If you don't have a particular goal for aesthetically then I completely agree it would be less than useful. I've tried to tuck the bulk of it away either right at the bottom of screens or in collapsed menus but I'm always looking to improve the app so I'll take a look at how it can be done better :)
Excited to try BearyStronk, @klin! The flexibility of short workouts fits my life perfectly. The group challenges sound like a great way to stay motivated with friends. Any chance you’ll be adding nutrition tips or meal plans in the future to complement the fitness routines?
@klin@renchu_song Thank you for the feedback! Nutrition is surely a big part of the overall health picture and can make a larger difference for progress pictures but I will aim to improve the exercise portion before moving on as I really want to do it well :)
All the best for your upcoming launch!

@bearystronk Thank you for sharing BearyStronk! It's great to see an app designed to help people fit exercise into their busy schedules. I appreciate the focus on flexibility and privacy, especially with the progress pictures feature. I'm curious about how you find the balance between keeping the app light-hearted and casual while still providing the structure needed for users who might want more guidance in their fitness journey. Your insights could really help improve the app for everyone!
@zephyrion Thanks for the question! At this moment I'm trying to keep the structure flexible so it can be easy to get started but also offer more suitable customisation for more advanced users. The lightheartedness probably helps more with the former so I tend to splash it more with introductions rather than deeper menus which hopefully helps keep that balance you mentioned.
Truth be told I'm still watching how users are building habits using the app and then using that data to tune features / UI to make the app more useful, shall update if i find any key points that would be useful.

Love the idea of challenging friends to get fit without ever leaving the comfort of my den. Here's to hoping the workouts are as 'pawsome' as they sound! 🐻💪. Good Luck:)
