To answer additional questions. All other platforms that state “ cancellation policies”. All they do is attempt to charge the customers card if they cancel and or no show. What Barbercita does is exactly the same but here is the bigger issue what if that card fails? The barber is stuck with a failed transaction. Which customer tend to lock their cards,change card numbers etc. so Barbercita goes above and beyond and marks that customer unpaid and prompts the customer to pay for failed transactions before being able to book another appointment.
