The ecosystem of coworking tools are unsuited for the age of AI; they've grown too big, and they have too little awareness to maintain themselves. Balladic presents a radically different approach to cowork, and how information is carried across contexts and boundaries - whether that's between a freelancer and their client or leadership and hundreds of engineers. We employ finely tuned natural language processing and memory technology to read between the lines, and surface what matters.

Project management wants you to learn its ways. This was the motivation: make project management learn your ways.
This project originally rose out of a time when i was working full-stack in a small cooperative, managing client communication, internal team planning, writing the code and building the infra, all at once. The dinosaurs of old were too frustrating to work with, the newer, leaner players were too rigid and specialized. As such, we began building.
Over the years, this project has died in its tracks as feature creep set in, reality turned out to require different mechanisms than the product offered, and so we wiped the slate and started fresh. Today it has arrived at its final form, serving as an informational backbone and "fluid communications orchestration layer". Client communication; solo project management; your Claude Code persistence and management component; internal product development; cross-hierarchy informational synthesis; so on and so forth. In its fluidity, it's managed to be what its user needs it to be, without sacrificing potential or strength.
I can hardly word how excited I (and the team) is to launch something we've spent thousands of hours on, iterating and researching, building and designing. I couldn't imagine Balladic in a better place than it is today - and hope of course that it'll land in a soft spot for the rest of the world, too.
We're still building and shaping, and not at all at the end of the road. Just far enough to proudly present what we've built, in the hopes that you'll join the journey with us, to make Balladic all it can be, just what it needs to be, and nothing more.
