After our daughter was born, I tried a lot of baby tracking apps. We needed to log feeds, sleep and all the little things throughout the day, but most of the apps I tried did not feel as pleasant or easy to use as I hoped.
When you are opening an app almost every hour, often with a baby in your arms, the little details matter. It should feel good to use, be easy to navigate with one hand, and help you find what you need quickly.
So I stopped searching and started building BabyDays. I kept adjusting it around our needs as parents of a newborn, making it a calmer place to keep track of the day.
Now I am sharing it with the world. I hope it makes those busy early days a little easier for other families too.
