We built Ayahuasca Preparation Toolkit because we saw many people approaching ceremony feeling overwhelmed, underprepared, or relying on scattered advice from Reddit, YouTube, and random blogs. Most preparation resources were either: - overly rigid, - overly mystical, - heavily commercial, - or missing practical guidance entirely. We wanted to create something calmer and more grounded. The toolkit combines: - preparation guidance, - simple dieta-friendly recipes, - readiness and safety review, - intention-setting, - packing support, - and integration guidance into one quiet, structured experience. The goal is not to tell people what to believe or promise outcomes. It’s simply to help people approach ceremony with more clarity, honesty, and care. A big focus for us was making it feel more like a thoughtful preparation companion than a marketing funnel.
