I built this solo, and the trickiest part wasn't the AI pipeline — it was getting paid. I'm based in Ukraine, where standard payout rails like Stripe and Gumroad aren't available, so the whole billing layer runs through a Telegram bot with crypto payments instead of a typical checkout page.
