👋 I'm Max. I built AM700-PRO after one too many solo RV trips hopping in and out to check a bubble level. One screen, physical buttons. Press MODE for backup cam, press again for digital leveling. Magnetic camera, solar-powered, zero drilling. Kept it button-operated on purpose — my dad camps too, and touchscreens drive him nuts while driving. Started as a DIY fix. RV folks saw it and asked for one. Now it's here. Roast it, question it, improve it — I'm in the comments all day.
Magnetic mount on a backup cam is a smart move, no fussing with brackets or running new holes. Buttons for leveling while rolling down a highway sounds like it actually solves the touchscreen distraction problem my partner complains about every trip.
@alinakensltdvd Thanks! That’s exactly why I kept buttons — touchscreens are a nightmare when you're bouncing down a dirt road. And yeah, the magnetic mount was a no-brainer; I hate drilling into my rig.
