The inspiration for AutoReply Pro+ came from watching local businesses lose potential customers just because they couldn’t reply fast enough on WhatsApp. Most owners aren’t tech-savvy, and existing solutions rely heavily on APIs, web dashboards, or monthly costs that don’t suit small operations. I wanted to solve this by creating a simple, Android-based automation tool that works directly on WhatsApp without requiring special setup. During development, my approach shifted from “build more features” to “make everything effortless.” I continuously tested with real users—shop owners, freelancers, coaches—to see what they were actually struggling with. This led to adding rule-based replies, keyword detection, FAQs, greeting messages, and AI-powered conversational responses. The launch evolved through constant refinement and simplification. Every update focused on reducing steps, improving accuracy, and making the automation feel as natural as a human reply.
