A terrible website does not mean a buyer in need. It is just an owner who thrives offline and ignores digital completely). Pitching to fix neglect means convincing them their priorites are wrong before you can even sell the work...
@konstantin_tikhaev Fair point, and it's the failure mode I worry about most. The signal isn't "no website = pitch them" on its own — AutoLead365 also checks whether the business is currently running Meta/Facebook ads. A business that's genuinely thriving offline and ignores digital usually isn't spending money on ads either. But a business with a bad or missing website that IS running ads is telling you something specific: they're already trying to get customers online, already spending money on it, and it's not converting because there's nowhere good to send that traffic. That's a much narrower slice than "anyone with a bad website."
You're right it's not a guarantee though — it's a prioritization signal, not a qualification. It gets you to better candidates faster, it doesn't replace the actual conversation to confirm they even want to be found online.
@matej7 The ad spend filter chnages the situation. They are already paying for the traffic. You are selling conversion optimization to an active buyer. Not trying to change an "offline" mindset...
@konstantin_tikhaev Exactly — that's a sharper way to put it than I did myself. Appreciate you pushing on it, it's actually making me rethink how I phrase this in the product copy, since "bad website" alone undersells what's really going on.
@matej7 framing around wasted ad spend gives freelancers immediate ROI hook instead of trying to sell generic redesigns insted)
