We built Attendify after seeing a very real gap in how schools manage student movement and communication with parents. In many schools, attendance is still manual, delayed, or unreliable. Parents often don’t know when their children arrive at school, leave, or move in and out of boarding. That lack of visibility creates anxiety and, in some cases, real safety risks. Our goal was simple: make student tracking and parent communication instant, reliable, and easy to use. Attendify allows schools to: Track attendance in real time Notify parents instantly via SMS on arrival and departure Manage both day and boarding students seamlessly Give teachers a simple mobile app for subject attendance and scores Initially, we focused only on digitizing attendance. But as we worked with real schools, we realized attendance alone wasn’t enough — communication was the missing piece. That insight pushed us to integrate SMS alerts and build a more complete system around student movement and accountability. This launch is just the beginning. We’re continuing to refine the system based on real school workflows, especially in regions where infrastructure and simplicity matter most.
