I built this after noticing that returns — despite being something almost every online shopper deals with — are still a genuinely awful experience. Most return flows feel like they were added as a legal requirement rather than something built for actual humans.
A few things I designed specifically to fix that:
Postcode first — most services ask for your postcode at the very end, after you've filled everything in. If they don't cover your area, you've wasted 10 minutes and you're not coming back. Åter asks for your postcode first. Three seconds to confirm we can help you, before you do anything else.
Auto-scroll — once you answer a question, the form moves to the next one automatically. You never have to hunt for what's next. It makes the whole booking feel like a conversation rather than a chore.
One pickup, multiple retailers — you can return items from ASOS, Amazon, Zara, H&M all in the same collection. One booking, one visit, done.
