@lillian_haye There is rating which is changing automaticaly by sentiment analysis of feedbacks (task from the hackathon). We haven't finish it yet, but of course we should. It is absolutely necessary to motivate and encourage users in such kind of apps.

@patrik_holopainen We used IP Geolocation API for sorting issues by country and Sentiment Analysis API for evaluating rating from feedbacks. All the API are fromRukuten Rapid API marketplace
