That moment of interest just disappears. So we thought: what if that sign could hand them exactly what they're asking for, instantly? And while they're getting answers, capture them as a real lead? Here's what we built: a QR code on the sign that opens a chat where the AI answers strictly from the listing packet lot size, sqft, finishes, whatever the agent approved. It qualifies the buyer (are they working with an agent? serious about this property?), books a showing if they want one, and alerts the agent in real time. Everything the buyer needs.
