One thing I'd love to see is a built-in analytics dashboard showing which ARC team members actually follow through on reviews after they receive the book, so authors can quickly identify their most engaged readers and tailor future campaigns to them.
@fundaprlankyim Really appreciate this, and good news, the core of it already exists. ARCDesk auto-scans each reader's Goodreads profile after the deadline, checking specifically for a review of the book being campaigned, and marks them Reviewed / Pending / Ghosted. What you're describing though, a dedicated analytics area for this, is a great idea on top of that. Right now it lives in the campaign dashboard, but a proper standalone view built around reader follow-through and reliability over time could be a great addition.
