Years ago, I started making product videos in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, the tech stack I’m most comfortable in. I built internal libraries for scenes, motion, effects, and timeline management, then screen-recorded the result. The frame rate would dip a little, but it still looked surprisingly great, and people kept asking how I was making these demos. The process was still tedious. Every new video meant coding new shots, timing, movement, and environments from scratch. A few months ago I decided enough was enough and turned that workflow into the product I wished I had: AppVideoStudio. Now I’m already using it to create videos for AppVideoStudio itself and for my other products, and it’s going incredibly well. My long-term vision is to keep expanding the 3D environments, camera systems, and animation styles so anyone can create premium product demos without needing a motion design background. I’m sharing it here because it may genuinely help other founders and product teams improve how they present what they build.
