Applendium reads your Gmail and builds your job application tracker automatically — every application, interview, offer, and rejection, organized with zero manual logging. Free Chrome extension; Premium adds honest pre-apply verdicts.

Hey Product Hunt, solo founder here.
I built Applendium after getting laid off as an SDET. Months of high-volume applying, and the moment that changed everything: a recruiter's email got buried under application confirmations, and by the time I found it, the opportunity had moved on. That email cost me a job. So I built the thing that would have caught it.
Applendium is a Chrome extension that reads your Gmail (read-only scope, it physically cannot send, delete, or modify anything) and turns the inbox you already have into a live application pipeline. Every application sorted by stage, replies surfaced, zero manual logging. The tracker is free.
Premium is the judgment layer: Apply Gate reads a posting against your resume and your real outcomes and tells you apply, fix first, or skip, before you sink an hour into an application.
Full transparency, because that's the whole brand: we're mid-way through Google's security verification, so you'll currently see an "unverified app" notice when connecting Gmail. The independent CASA audit that removes it is in progress. Read-only scope, no data sold, revoke anytime in your Google account.
I'll be in the comments all day. Ask me anything, including the uncomfortable stuff. Rough edges and honest
answers beat polish and spin.
Thanks for checking out Applendium and supporting the launch! 🚀
Caught a few applications I'd already forgotten about in my inbox, which was kind of eye-opening. The pre-apply verdicts in the premium tier sound useful for cutting through the noise.
@ykselhzrer9n0b This is exactly the reaction that made me build it. That "wait, it was in my inbox the whole time" moment is the whole thesis. Your email already knows your job search better than any spreadsheet you'll actually keep updated.
And you nailed what Apply Gate is for. After enough high-volume applying I realized my problem wasn't tracking, it was that I was spraying applications at roles I had no real shot at. Apply Gate reads the posting against your resume and your real outcomes and just tells you apply, fix your resume first, or skip. It's built to make you apply to fewer, better, not more.
Genuinely appreciate you giving it a real try and taking the time to comment. If you do poke at the premium side, I'd love to know whether the verdicts match your gut on roles you've already applied to. That's the feedback that makes it sharper.
