APM is a language-agnostic process manager for Linux. Supervise Node.js, Python, Go, Rust, Ruby, PHP — any executable that runs on Linux. Built-in reverse proxy, rate limiting, TLS, file watcher, and live GUI. One static binary, zero dependencies, zero config.
Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I built APM out of frustration with PM2 — I needed something language-agnostic that didn't require Node.js on every server just to manage non-Node processes.
APM is a single 2.5MB static binary. Drop it on any Linux box — Arch, Ubuntu, Debian, Alpine, Fedora, Raspberry Pi — and you're running. No runtime dependencies, no config files required.
What's packed in:
Built-in reverse proxy (no Nginx needed for most setups)
Vanguard Firewall with token bucket rate limiting
mTLS for secure inter-process communication
Live web GUI + CLI monitor
Rolling restarts with zero downtime
It's language-agnostic by design — Node.js, Python, Go, Rust, Ruby, PHP, any executable that runs on Linux.
Would love to hear from anyone running mixed-language stacks or managing processes across multiple distros — that's exactly the use case APM was built for. Happy to answer any questions! 🚀
